Duties:
- Invoicing
- Provide Quotes
- Answering phones
- Warranties
- Approving subcontractor invoices
- Updating PO's
- Processing new dispatch PO's
- Warranty claims
- Month End
- Transcribe documents accurately
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Pro Alpha
- Organized
- Competence in order entry processes
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Capable of project coordination with attention to detail
- Positive Attitude
- Computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications
